This is the header class.
It should be on the top of the page.
The plan is to put some snazzy graphics up here in the header ;^)

This site is being programmed in PHP5 / MySQL 4.1.x, and a bunch of CSS and JavaScript.

Everything is being build without use of tables, form-buttons. I guess this makes the HTML source a bit mezzy, but hey, what are you doing in there anyway ;^)
